AI-Assisted Production & Revisions Policy
Digitalia Studio may use AI-assisted tools, digital production technologies, editing software, motion design systems, voice and audio tools, image and video generation platforms, compositing tools, and post-production workflows as part of its creative and production process.
AI-assisted tools are used as creative and production aids. They support the workflow, but the overall concept direction, creative planning, visual treatment, editing, refinement, quality control, and final delivery are managed by Digitalia Studio.
Nature of AI-Assisted Production
AI-assisted production may be used in digital media content, AI videography, image and video generation, motion graphics, animation, audio assets, voice assets, website content, social media content, advertising creatives, brand presentations, and other creative or production services.
The use of AI-assisted tools does not mean that the project is fully automated. Digitalia Studio applies creative direction, references, scripts, prompts, editing, review, and production judgment to guide and refine the final output.
AI Limitations
Clients acknowledge that AI-assisted production has natural creative, technical, and production limitations. While Digitalia Studio makes reasonable efforts to guide the output through concept, script, direction, references, prompts, refinement, and editing, exact control over every generated detail cannot be guaranteed.
Some variables may be partly generated or interpreted by AI-assisted tools, including animation behavior, camera movement, facial expressions, body movement, hand movement, background details, scene interpretation, timing, transitions, voice tone, speech delivery, pronunciation, accent, lip movement, audio behavior, minor visual details, and frame-level consistency.
Because of this, clients should set realistic expectations regarding exact matching, perfect continuity, frame-level precision, perfect pronunciation, and complete control over every small visual or audio detail.
Quality Review and Contextual Flaws
Digitalia Studio checks and reviews the overall quality, presentation, and usability of digital content and assets before delivery. However, AI-assisted tools may sometimes generate unexpected or imperfect results, including minor visual inconsistencies, unnatural movements, contextual errors, incorrect small details, unusual pronunciation, language artifacts, imperfect lip sync, audio glitches, or background irregularities.
Digitalia Studio will make reasonable efforts to identify and refine such issues within the approved scope and agreed revision limits. However, Digitalia Studio shall not be held responsible for every minor contextual, visual, linguistic, audio, pronunciation, frame-level, or AI-generated flaw that may occur due to the natural limitations of AI-assisted tools.
Client Review and Approval
Where applicable, Digitalia Studio may share key creative and production elements before production or during relevant stages of production for review, alignment, and approval.
These may include creative concept, script, storyline, visual direction, model or character selection, scene direction, mood, references, composition, style, voice direction, and other production-related choices considered relevant to the approved scope.
Once the client approves the creative direction or production elements, the project proceeds based on that approved direction.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to the agreed revision structure of the project, quotation, work order, or written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed, revisions cover minor changes and refinements such as imagery adjustments, audio refinements, color adjustments, animation refinements, pacing changes, transition improvements, minor text corrections, and general polishing within the approved scope.
Revisions do not include major changes in theme, concept, storyline, script, creative direction, approved production elements, project scope, service category, format, or overall style once the creative direction has been approved.
Major Changes and Additional Work
Any request for a new concept, new storyline, new script, new creative direction, different style, different version, additional scene, additional format, additional platform adaptation, or change beyond the approved scope shall be treated as additional work.
Such additional work may require a separate quotation, revised timeline, additional production cost, and mutual written approval before execution.
Production Costs and Generation Limits
AI-assisted production may involve per-generation, per-second, per-output, subscription, licensing, editing, rendering, staff, or production-related costs.
Due to these costs, repeated generation attempts, additional variations, major refinements, or extended rework cannot be assumed as unlimited. Such work remains subject to the agreed scope, budget, revision limits, and production feasibility.
Final Note
Digitalia Studio remains responsible for applying reasonable creative, artistic, and production effort within the approved scope. However, the client acknowledges that AI-assisted production may not always produce 100% exact, manually controllable, or frame-perfect results.
By approving AI-assisted production, the client accepts the practical limitations of such tools and agrees that revisions, refinements, and final delivery shall be handled according to the agreed project scope and revision terms.
